Its a good video but i am having an issue in creating this account because i dont have access to administrator account as it has been encrypted so when i click on manage accounts then it wants the permission of administrator account which is encrypted. So what should i do?

2024 May - Update on how to move incremental. In the top right corner you'll an icon that looks like a magnet that it's on its side. It is the "Align " option DESELECT that stupid thing and you'll be back in business. It took about an hour of search, i.e., RUclips vids, websites, and forums. Finally found my answer. I hope this helps someone and saves you time. Later.

Why restart instead of just logging off and back on under new acct after admin acct creation? I'm not following along on my computer, so maybe I'm missing something, but logging off instead of restarting seems much easier and faster. Is it because it's a new acct it requires a restart? Even so, you DID restart once, so, especially that time, could you not have just simply logged off and back on under other admin acct??? I'm confused, wondering if I'm making it too simple or are you making it too complicated lol.

I changed mine to .0001, and it's still not allowing me to drag or move precisely. :/ I'm just trying to butt one object up against the other. But no matter how I drag or use the arrow keys, one object either comes up short, or goes over the other.

This was a great video, in that it pointed out a goofy mistake I was making, to add the Gmail account to my iPad. Note, it is somewhat "incorrect" to say you are adding a Gmail account, because there is no option to specifically add a Gmail account. When you open the screen for adding an "account", you are provided a picklist of 6 name brands, such as iCloud, Google, Yahoo!, etc. Then, there is one more option which is "Other". If you take the other option, you might be going down a rabbit hole. The trick here is to understand that the Google option is the one to select for adding a Gmail option. Then, if you follow this workflow, you only need to enter your Gmail email name/address and then your Gmail password. You will not need to add additional info for imap and smtp fields. Hope this makes sense.

Thank you for sharing this! I just wanted to add something - This fake security alert happened to me today and has happened before over the last couple years. When the fake popup Apple Security Alert popped up - covering my full screen- my top part of my screen showed no tabs/ no way to close tab- so it appeared. But if you hover-start to move your mouse towards the top of the screen it shows the curser - arrow disappears ... but if you keep moving upward even though you can see it - the browser tabs will reappear and then you can click on it to close it. I took a video of it but am not sure how to share it with you so you can add it to your post. Again, thank you for posting this.
